Rented a 1 bedroom for 2 years. I unfortunately have to move due to Hurricane Michael destroying my apartment. The overall experience at Aztec Villa was pretty good. The rooms are all spacious, decent counter space, very large walk in closet, never had mold, pest control works wonders, and monthly AC filter changes are nice.

Aztec Villa is an absolutely beautiful place to live, and the management team goes above and beyond for their residents. We recently lost power because of an issue with the power company, and even though it wasn't the apartment's fault, they still refunded us $200 for groceries out of their own pocket.
